Heber

What a fun week we had! Chad's parents rented a cabin last week in Heber for the whole family. We had SO much fun! The kids were so worn out they slept awesome. The fair was going on in Heber at the same time so we were able to take in some of the festivities. It was so nice to relax and breathe in the fresh air. Chad and I really needed that trip. We left on Wed and got back Sunday night. We hiked and played and crafted. I hope we can do something like this every year!

Mike waiting to get his face painted
Grace wanted to be a butterfly

Luckily for us it was nap time so Mike sat so still the whole time.

my beautiful butterfly

the finished product

ladder golf

Mikey watching the game

us girls crafting

Gracie and Jaime watching the sheep at the stock show

So Linda and Bekah put together a minute to win it game. We had so much fun and it was hilarious.
Keith blowing cups with a balloon

Jaime putting M&M's in a cup with a straw

Gracie pulling tissues out

Riley eating gum

Lyndy and Jeff trying to blow a bubble with five pieces of gum

Aimee transporting pasta with pasta

Chad and Trav balancing cupcakes

All of the kids playing the M&M game

Okay, well Mike was just eating them.

Jen and Burke getting a cookie in their mouth from their forheads with just their face muscles. This was by far the funniest.

Lyndy getting a slinky in her head from the ground

Mikey, Gracie and Jaime watching a movie

On the way home. They were wiped out.

Gracie playing with grandpas trucks.

And Chad.

And Grandpa.

This game was so funny. You roll dice and if you roll doubles you get to start eating a candy bar until someone else rolls doubles. So you pretty much eat as much candy bar as you can before it is someone elses turn!

We saw a TON of wildlife while we were there. Mostly deer, but 2 moosen ? meese? micen? A flock of Moose.

Having a picnic after a hike

Riley and Chad playing hide and go seek. Can you seek Chad? He is such a good hider.

Miss Aimee

Grandma and Mikey hiding

They found them!

Pretty miss Riley

I'm such a crafter

ZIP LINE!!!

(yes she is serious about her socks.)

Thanks Mike and Linda... it was the bomb.com.

Wow! What a bunch of pictures. It was so much fun. Let me know if you want to work on a quilt. I want to make another one, and it would be more fun to make together!

Wow! Someone went to a lot of trouble to make that fun. Good work, Linda and Mike.
I loved reading about all the fun games and fun times together.

Someone has been listening to Brian Regan... moosen, mice:) If you haven't, you need to look him up on youtube. You'll lol.

Looks like a blast! I'm jealous of the cooler weather too! Your kids just keep getting cuter. :)

Mannnnnn...that looked so so so fun. I hate missing out on family reunions. Bawling like a baby, that's what I'm doing. thanks for the huge amount of pictures Candace, even though they did make my heart ache that we couldn't be there. (Jake totally would've been there with Mike, eating those M&M's except he'd probably stash his own and grab as many as he could from everyone else before he got in trouble for doing it too)

Our family loves to play ladder golf too. It's a lot of fun when you get the children involved.
