Oh say can you see

The fourth was awesome this year. Chad one of the conditions Chad had to agree to was that we had to be in Kanab for every fourth of July. I love this time of year. I love the summer air, the heat, the fireworks, the food, and of course all of the old friends I get to see when I go home. We started out on thursday with Anna's third birthday. Her birthday was actually on Friday but Lex and Clayton had her birthday party on Thursday. We went to the park and had cake and ice cream then we went to the pool for some swim time. It was lot's of fun and my little fishy's LOVED it. Then on Friday we had the third annual Cutler Classic golf tournament. It is always soo soo funny and we have a blast. This year was pretty sad because Casey and her kid's weren't there but we still had a ball. Chandler and my dad ended up winning us by TWO strokes. Chad was pretty upset but we'll take it next year I'm sure ;) then on Saturday we woke up to an awesome breakfast compliments of the sarg. We headed to the parade for some fun and candy, then we just spent the day visiting with old friends. At night, my kids couldn't figure out the fireworks. Well, Mike more than Grace.... But he loved them and loved to watch them blow up. We had an awesome weekend but now I guess it's back to the daily grind!

cute little cousin gals. The only way we could get them to smile is when we said "this one is for Chloe!"

The whole crew after the classic.

The classic had one casualty this year....

Chan was off getting his ball and there was a random bird taking flight, on a split decision he grabbed his ball and threw it at the bird, he nailed it and it died on the spot. We were amazed but it was pretty awesome. And a little sad. Rest in peace dear bird.

Good on ya Candace. You are on top of the blogging. Wouldn't you know it that my camera died on the way to the parade?? I might just have to steal that photo of Josie standing by Gracie at the parade!

Not so sure this ("Chad helping me git-er-done") is the most appropriate picture to have on your FAMILY BLOG!
